Templates (Prewriting)

One question worth asking before your start a writing project is this: “Has anybody ever written this communication (or something similar) before?” The answer to this question is often “yes.” And in fact, some publishers have assembled books of model letters and emails to give writers a head start. So, often, there is no need for you to reinvent the wheel. A colleague down the hall may have exactly what you need to save many hours of work.
